We’re offering remote courses to help businesses become more accessible In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve been adapting our Louder than Words business accessibility services. Current restrictions mean we’re unable to provide face-to-face training so we’re offering 3 new remote events. These monthly sessions are designed to help organisations understand the barriers faced by staff and customers who are deaf or have hearing loss, and the steps they can take to overcome them. We've gone back to our old name, RNID, after a decade as Action on Hearing Loss. Our new purpose, name and identity is about making it clearer that we are here for deaf people and those with hearing loss and tinnitus face.
