We run free drop-in sessions at nearly 200 venues across the UK, providing information about hearing loss and tinnitus, and support with maintaining NHS hearing aids.

Drop in service will be:

There will be no drop‑in sessions on Wednesday 23 and 30 December and services will return to normal in January.
There will be no drop‑in sessions on Monday 21 December and services will return to normal in January.
There will be no drop‑in sessions Tuesday 10 November, 22 and 29 December and services will return to normal in January.
The February drop-in session will take place on Monday 1 February 2027 instead of 8 February. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
There will be no drop‑in sessions Friday 25 December and Friday 1 January 2027. The services will return to normal on Friday 8 January 2027.
There will be no drop‑in sessions Monday 21 and 28 December and services will return to normal in January.
There will be no Beverley Library Near You session in December 2026 or January 2027. The sessions will commence on Friday 5 February. Batteries will still be available for collection from reception.
East Riding Community Hospital Near You session will be closed on Tuesday 29 December 2026.
Hornsea Cottage Hospital Near You session will be closed on Tuesday 29 December 2026.
Withernsea drop in session. This is a very busy clinic and to arrive promptly at 1pm - 3pm and it is a maximum of 30 people per session. The sessions will close once that number has been reached.
