Due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, we’ve paused our local face-to-face services, but we’re still here to help by email, over the phone or through video calls.

Get help with products
We run sensory services in some areas, to help you get the products and equipment you need to manage your hearing loss or tinnitus effectively.
You can also contact our national Information Line by phone, SMS or email. We provide information and support on all issues relating to deafness, hearing loss and tinnitus.

Our social research and evidence
Our social research guides all our work and campaigns. It helps us influence government, business and employers – and raise awareness of the issues facing people who are deaf or have tinnitus or hearing loss.
