Hearing Loss at Work: read our Employer Insights Report

We are pleased to launch our new report which shares insight from employers, and recommendations from us, about how employers can become more inclusive for staff members who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.

We launched the new report at an event at Google’s brand new Accessibility Discovery Centre in London and the livestream from the event will be available to watch soon on demand.

The insight and recommendations in this report are based on a serious of round tables with senior executives we held throughout 2022 and results from our online survey of professionals who recruit or line manage staff.

Our report explores the gaps in knowledge and resources that employers felt impacts their ability to support staff with hearing loss, and how these gaps might be addressed.

It highlights differences between views from senior leaders and those in operational management roles, and gives some key recommendations for how organisations can start to take action.
