RNID is working with Tesco to understand the current experience of using self-service kiosks by people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.

We’re inviting you to help us in this research by completing an online survey. We’re looking to hear from anyone who is deaf, has hearing loss or tinnitus. The survey can be completed in English or British Sign Language.

There will be an opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of 13 high street shopping vouchers. We have three vouchers worth £100 each, and 10 vouchers worth £10 each to give away.

What we’ll ask you

In the survey you’ll be asked some questions about your past experiences using self-service kiosks, both good and bad. If you have never used self-service kiosks, then we’ll ask you about why that is.

The survey will be open until Sunday 25 February 2024.

Who can apply

We are interested in your views of self-service kiosks, whether you use them frequently, occasionally or avoid using them as much as possible.

To take part in the survey you must:

  • Be deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus
