Before you apply

Our online application form is a way for us to find out a bit more about you.

At the moment, you cannot save your application to return to it later, so here’s what to expect.

The first part of the form asks you to:
- provide some personal details
- upload your CV.
You’ll then be asked these questions:
1. RNID has 4 values: connected, insightful, curious and passionate. Which of these values do you think is most important, and how do you show it at work or in life?
2. What makes good teamwork and why is it important?
You can answer these questions in writing or a British Sign Language (BSL) video.

If you’re providing written answers

You have a maximum of 1,400 characters (around 250 words) for each answer.

We recommend you write down your answers before you begin the application form, as you can’t save your answers and edit them later.

If you’re answering in BSL

You can either:
- record your video when the application form gives you the option to, using the camera on your computer or mobile device
- upload a pre-recorded video to your application form
As a guide, the video should be 3 to 5 minutes long.
