Celebrating a birthday, special event, or someone important to you? Facebook fundraising is an easy way to do it – and every penny you raise will come to us!
The funds you raise could fund life-changing research and provide information and support to people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.
How to set up a Facebook fundraiser
It only takes a few minutes to set up. Just follow these steps:
- Log into your Facebook account
- On desktop: From your Feed, click Search Facebook in the left menu, type “fundraisers”, click Fundraisers. From the left Fundraisers menu, click + Raise money. Click Nonprofit.
- On a mobile device: Tap Search Facebook in the top right of the Page. Type “fundraisers” and then click Fundraisers. Tap + Create fundraiser.
- Click ‘Select nonprofit’ and search for RNID
Personalise your fundraiser by adding:
- The amount of money you’d like to raise
- What date your fundraiser will end
- A title, for example, ‘Laura’s birthday fundraiser for RNID’
- The reason why you’ve chosen to support us
- A cover photo
Click ‘Create’ and invite your friends!
