To help you find what you need from the RNID website, information must be presented in a way that makes sense to you.
Whether you’re looking for advice about what to expect at your first audiology appointment or wanting to sign up to one of our fundraising events, it’s important that you can find what you’re looking for quickly and easily.
From 30th September to 12th October, we’re running some research to improve how our website is organised. You can help us by taking part, and you could win £100 while making the RNID website better for you and its users.
The research task: what to expect
In a 10–15-minute online task, you’ll see some cards that contain information from our website. We’ll ask you to group the cards together in whatever way makes sense to you and to then label these groups.
The task can be completed on your mobile, but it’s easier with a bigger screen. We recommend completing it on a desktop computer or tablet.
Your answers will help us understand where you would expect this information to be on the website. We can then make it easier for everyone to find what they need.
Your chance to win £100
Upon completing the research activity you will have the opportunity to register your email address with us to enter a prize draw.
The prize of a £100 e-gift card will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered the RNID Card Sort Giveaway using a random number generator within the promotion period.
