We’re discovering
- how we might connect deaf people or those with hearing loss or tinnitus with other organisations (Directory), and
- how we might connect deaf people or those with hearing loss or tinnitus with each other (Community).
We’re delivering
- a new volunteer experience,
- an in-person service to help deaf people and those with hearing loss and tinnitus, and
- a new contact centre.
We’re iterating on these live services/products
- Get support online
- implementing our recommendations, and
- improving support for hearing aids self-management.
Q1 April – June 2022
We’re discovering
- how we might deliver deaf awareness training digitally, and
- how we might best help people find assistive technology.
We’re delivering
- our Directory product, and
- our Community product.
We’re iterating on these live services/products
- the hearing check to support a behavioural change campaign,
- the contact centre,
- in-person service and the volunteer experience,
- closing down the Louder Than Words website, and
- Get support online (including support for BSL users).

- how we might deliver a new online presence for the Hearing Medicines Discovery Syndicate (now Hearing Therapeutics Initiative), and
- how we might deliver a new support service for employers.
