As a Support Worker in Harkness Gardens, you will be joining a team who are focused on delivering:

  • A specialist care service to adults with a hearing loss/deafness in a person-centred own home environment
  • A service underpinned by the ethos of independence and choice
  • A dynamic and person-centred care package which focused on promoting dignity and respect in a friendly and supportive manner

You will be an Outgoing, friendly and person centred.  You must be willing to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the individuals we support.  A willingness to learn new skills and face challenges head on. 

What you will be doing

You will be attending meeting about personal care needs, daily activity programmes, household duties, delivering medications, daily outings, 1-1 support work for individual development. Developing and maintaining unique care plans for client development.

This role will include weekend and evening work as well as waking night duty.

This role will need an Access Ni check with adult barred list.
